내일의 아시아를 그리는 국립아시아문화전당에서 2025년 하반기 야외광장 시설 사용 신청을
아래와 같이 공고하오니 많은 관심과 참여 바랍니다.

1. 대상 시설

하늘마당, 플라자브릿지, 상상마당 등 총 3개소


2. 사용 기간: ‘25. 7. 1.(화)∼11. 30.(일) 기간 중 사용 가능일(하단 ‘월별 신청 가능일’ 참조)


※ 사용신청 시 유의사항


월별 동일 행사인 경우 일괄 신청 가능
대상 시설과 연계하여 대상 시설 이외 공간을 신청할 경우 해당시설은 사용신청서 기타란에 기재
대상 시설 이외 공간은 단독 행사 신청 불가
신청 시 사용신청서와 구비서류(자유형식)는 반드시 포함하여 제출
행사 진행을 위한 무대세트, 음향·조명기기, 발전기(차) 설치 등은 신청인 부담


3. 신청 방법

가. (접수기간) ‘25. 6. 4.(수)∼6. 13.(금) 18:00까지
나. (접수방법) 전자우편 kijh9715@korea.kr
다. (제출서류)시설 사용신청서 1부 다운로드 +

4. 신청 대상: 국가기관 및 지방자치단체가 주최·주관하는 문화예술과 관련된 행사
5. 신청 결과 통보

가. 통보일: 신청 마감일 이후 15일 이내
나. 전자우편 통보

6. 사용료: 면제
7. 기타

가. 신청인은 국립아시아문화전당 시설 사용자 준수사항을 성실히 이행
나. 신청기간이 경과하여 접수된 신청서는 무효
다. 제출된 신청서는 일체 반환하지 않음
